Abstract: An important part of a global workforce landscape is the ability to plan, reward, and retain seamlessly. In this session, Yum! Brands and Oracle Gold and Cloud Standard Consulting Partner, Elire, will present a case study how Yum! implemented the Talent Profile and Compensation Modules to an already live cloud instance. Yum! will share how these specific modules are maximizing the way their Employees, Managers and HR Users, and CHRO's can plan, reward, and retain a global workforce while leveraging Workforce Analytics.

Objective 1: Provide an overview of using Talent Profiles and Workforce Compensation to administer programs such as: Annual Compensation (Merit, Adjustment, Promotion, Bonus, Stock Awards), Pay for Performance, Career and Succession Planning, & Global Mobility)

Objective 2: Discuss best practices for implementing additional modules to an already live environment in Cloud HCM and answer any questions from the audience.
