Abstract: Carglass, the German market leader in repairing and replenishment of windscreens has improved the customer journey and digitalized the process of order acceptance. The order is created together with the customer and the signature for the job is taken completely digital on a mobile device. In real-time a signed digital document is created and attached directly to the order in Oracle EBS. The document is usable for several legacy applications. This works in the Carglass branch but also for mobile jobs e.g. at the customers home. We will share lessons learned from the implementation and ideas for improvement.
