Mobile Phones and Devices
As a courtesy to speakers and other attendees, please silence all mobile phones and devices. Mobile phones and devices must be answered outside of the meeting rooms.

Wireless Access
Complimentary wireless access is available in most spaces in the convention center. The network ID is “COLLABORATE.” No password is required. We do recommend switching to the conference WiFi from your hotel WiFi once in the center.

Program Updates
The COLLABORATE app will be updated in real-time with any schedule changes. When a change is made to a session, an app notification message is sent to attendees who had saved that session on their personal agendas. An email is also sent to the email address associated with the app profile. Information in the app supersedes printed information.

Daily Emails
Be sure to check the email address with which you registered for the conference for any important news and announcements.

Medical Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, contact Mandalay Bay Security Dispatch by calling 77911 from any house phone or (702) 632-7911 from an outside line. You can also pick up any house phone and dial “0” to have the Operator connect you.

A First-Aid room is located on Level 1 of the South Convention Center, near the entrance of Bayside A and the Business Center. Or, you can contact a local medical provider to schedule an appointment.

One of the nearest urgent care facilities is Fremont Medical Center at 4880 Wynn Road.  It is open 24/7 and is 1.5 miles from the Mandalay Bay Hotel, phone (702) 871-5005.

The nearest hospital is Desert Springs Hospital at 2075 E. Flamingo Road, near the intersection of Flamingo & Eastern, phone (702) 733-8800.

The Business Center offers copy, fax, scan and domestic shipping (FedEx and UPS) services. International shipping is not available at the Business Center.

Conference and Session Attendance
You must wear your badge to all conference functions, including evening events. If your badge is issued for a specific day, you may attend the conference on that day only. For security reasons, please also carry a photo ID. Do not lend your badge to anyone. There is a $50 charge to replace lost badges. New badges can be made at on-site registration. One-day and exhibit staff registrants may change their registrations to full conference by paying the difference in the rate on the date of change through on-site registration through the group through which they registered. Conference management reserves the right to expel any COLLABORATE attendee or participant violating registration fee requirements as stated by the IOUG, OAUG and Quest policies. Recruiting in any form is prohibited. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older to attend conference functions.

Spouses/domestic partners/guests will only have access to the reception for which they are registered. Guest passes are not for coworkers or business colleagues. Full-conference attendees may purchase guest passes at the Registration Desk.

Photography and Video Notice
Photographers and video technicians will be present in almost all venues of the conference. By virtue of your attendance at the event, you irrevocably consent to and authorize the use of your image in video or photography by the IOUG, OAUG and Quest. This includes any reproduction of the image(s) in any media whatsoever in connection with the IOUG, OAUG and Quest promotion of the program, materials and services.

Please note that the education sessions may not be video or audio recorded by attendees or presenters.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, including exhibit halls, lobbies, food service areas, restrooms and corridors. There are designated smoking areas outside the main entrances to the facility and within the casino areas of the hotel. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Handicapped Accessibility
The Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by providing handicap accessibility throughout the property.

ATMs
ATMs are located throughout the Casino and next to the Shark Reef Box Office on Level 1 of the South Convention Center

Lost and Found
Mandalay Bay Lost and Found is staffed from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. daily and can be reached by calling 7-7995 from any house phone or (702) 632-7995 from an outside line. There is also an auxiliary Lost and Found counter located on Level 2 near Surf F. It is always recommended that you check back on more than one occasion for an update as it may take some time for a found item to be transported, processed and logged.
